Cancellation policy
No show/Cancellations less than 24h before departure 100%
Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before departure 75%
Cancellations between 72 and 7 days before departure 50%
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before departure 30%
Cancellations from flight confirmation 10% airport taxes and extra costs excluded.
Sorrento Luxury, in the opinion of the Commander, reserves the right to cancel the flight or replace the aircraft in the following cases:
1 the occurrence of technical problems to the aircraft;
2 Weather conditions such as to impair flight safety;
3 Air traffic controller strike.
The Company in case of cancellation of a flight for reasons not attributable to it and/or force majeure, reserves the right to refund the fee paid for the service requested. The fee will be reduced by the costs that the Company has actually incurred for the organization of the aircraft flight, APT fees, transfer costs Crew etc...).
