Professional services for boating

Handling and Stopping

Hauling and Launching: The fundamental operation of pulling the boat ashore (hauling) by crane or travel lift and putting it back in the water (launching) at the end of the parking period.

Notch and Positioning: Once on land, the boat is safely placed on special supports (heels or cradles) in dedicated areas, which can be outdoors or indoors in sheds.

Stopover in the water: Some shipyards also offer berths in protected docks for water storage.

Hull Cleaning and Protection

Hull Washing: The first operation after hauling is high-pressure cleaning of the hull (the submerged part of the hull) to remove algae, encrustations and the old layer of antifouling paint.

Antifouling Application: Before launching, a new coat of antifouling paint is applied to protect the hull from the formation of marine organisms during navigation.

Polishing: Gelcoat polishing treatments are often performed on the topside (the emerged part of the hull) and superstructures to restore shine and protect surfaces.

Cover: The boat is protected with sheets or heat-shrink covers to defend it from the elements during the stop.

Customized Program For You

Engine and Plant Maintenance

Engine Winterization: An essential procedure that consists of circulating an antifreeze and protective liquid in the engine to prevent corrosion and frost damage. Oil and filters are also replaced.

Electrical System Check: The batteries are checked, the contacts are cleaned of oxide and salt and charged to keep them efficient.

Plumbing Maintenance: The water and black water tanks are emptied, cleaned and sanitized.

Ordinary and Extraordinary Maintenance

Mechanical Assistance: Repairs on engines, transmissions, axles and propellers.

Carpentry work: Repair or treatment of wooden parts, such as teak on deck.

Fiberglass repairs: Interventions to fix any damage to the hull.

Upholstery: Renovation of internal and external cushions.

Refitting: More complex interventions of modernization or modification of the boat.

Care of Interiors and Equipment
