This luxurious motor yacht was built in 1999 by the Italian shipyard Rossi Navi, featuring naval architecture by Alessandro Cusumano and interior and exterior design by Studio Faggioni Yacht Design. Approximately 41 meters (134.6 feet) in length, she underwent extensive refits in 2013/2015 and another in 2024, which included an extension of her stern area, upper deck, and the creation of an additional forward sundeck.

Her interior is characterized by a minimalistic and bold design, with rich tones of fine joinery, wood floors, stainless steel fittings, and crisp white furnishings, bringing a level of sophistication. The yacht offers ample exterior living across three teak decks. The aft deck, adjacent to the main salon, features an alfresco dining option, wet bar, and plenty of seating. Above, a sky lounge and library lead out onto a generous upper deck, complete with exterior lounge seating and a full beam aft sunpad. The top deck is ideal for sun worshippers, offering a double sunpad and spectacular views. 

The yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 luxury suites: a master suite on the main deck forward with a king-size bed, and two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck, all with en-suite facilities. She also carries a crew of 7. Onboard comfort is ensured by stabilizers (including at anchor), air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. A gym and a variety of water toys are also available onboard.
