Interiors:

The villa spans three floors plus a rooftop terrace, totaling approximately 500 sqm. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room with a beautiful table seating up to 18 people, a living area equipped with sofas, a 52-inch satellite TV, and a stunning designer electric fireplace to keep you warm on cooler evenings. Completing this floor are a guest bathroom and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, oven, microwave, and a wine cellar featuring an extensive selection of top Italian wineries. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with full bathrooms and large walk-in showers, and a suite consisting of a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom. The center of the room is dominated by a beautiful bathtub where you can relax at any time during your stay. The second floor is identical to the first, with three rooms laid out in the same way; only the color of the splendid Vietri tiled flooring changes. The structure is completed by a magnificent terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, where you can practice yoga at sunset or sunrise while admiring the island of Capri right in front of you.

The Grounds:

The estate is immersed in a beautiful fenced park, mostly maintained as a manicured lawn and planted at the back of the villa with evergreen trees that shade the pathways. Majestic centuries-old pines and exotic Canary Island Date Palms stand tall on the property, perfectly integrated into the Mediterranean scrub. The entrance to Villa Enrico is via an uphill driveway with access through an electric gate and a pedestrian walkway. Upon arriving at the villa, you will immediately find the covered parking area with an electronic charging station and a large panoramic porch with an outdoor relaxation area furnished with sofas and umbrellas. To the side of the villa, you will find the pool area with a relaxation zone, sunbathing areas, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
